dunia gempita dengan pemergian Allahyarham Din beramboi..

Tiada lagi teletah spontan beliau di pagi hari..

Im not going to talk about him..

Im going to talk about Leptospirosis...

The late Din was died not because of leptospirosis instead because of dengue fever..

But Malaysian start opening their eyes and mind on leptospirosis..

What is with the disease and how can the disease shut our body system,

lead to comatose, just like dengue fever.....how baby...HOW???

I first heard about this disease on my trip to pusat tahanan sementara PATi

(pendatang tanpa izin)

My cousin who once worked as RELA told me,

Penyakit air kencing tikus ni is very common here
Because of poor hygiene and crowdness...

Hanya kerana tikus?? o wow hebatnya..

That is what came across my mind at that moment..

No wow on the complications of the disease..

Now, me as well start asking pak cik google what is leptospirosis actually???

orang melayu panggil penyakit kencing tikus,

ade yang panggil demam selut...

Ape2 pon, disease yang disebabkan oleh jangkitan bakteria

Leptospira tru luka or contaminated fresh water or drinks ...

This bacteria can be found in animals like tikus, lembu, rabbit n so on...

Symptomps nyer unpredictable...

But commonly patient would present with few days fever, muscle ache...

dry cough, chest pain,chills n so on...

N can progress to liver and renal failure..

This is the Mega hazard...

when liver and renal had shut down ..

So all the toxic cannot be removed from our body

and they start to accumulate and lead to toxicity..

But still, i failed to find specific pathophisiologynye...

Perhaps because this disease sesangat sangat jarang kowt...

Akhir kate, elakkan kawasan berair yang tercemar, selut, n so on...
