Entering 7U ward... its common 2 see patient with diabetic foot ulcer/ gangrene..

Worst, ade ulat2 comel meratah daging daging itu...

Actually ramai yang x tahu n x faham what is diabetes actually

n how can it lead to those above pictures condition...

Diabetes Mellitus type 2 is very2 common in Kelantan.

faktor genetic, pemakanan, gaya hidup play significant roles.

Peperpon, 2 ciri metabolic defect are:

Sel2 da tanak respon 2 insulin (insulin resistance)

and Beta sel x berfungsi( kurang rembesan insulin)...

Pathogenesisnye unknown...

Maka... kalo kome makan banyak sangat karbohidrat, gula, lemak....

maka banyak la glucose dalam darah kome...

Sepatutnye glucose (gula) ni akan masuk dalam sel2 kita untuk dijadikan simpanan..

bukan merayap dalam darah..

Nak masuk dalam sel, nid insulin as kunci 2 bukak pintu...

Tade insulin, merayaplah gula2 dalam darah tu...

So glucose2 ni akan deposit dekat blood vessel and attract la microorganism...

So kalo kome luke sikit jer kat kaki tu, nak sembuh kemain susah..

So bakteria2 suke la dok situ..

especially Staphylococci aureus spp..

dok situ, n terhasil la abscess ( air bisa)

N progress jadi sangat teruk...

If tisu da mati,(blackish) kena la remove them tru debridement...

Dats y ade kes kaki kene potong n so on...

Tadi my patient kate die da x minum air manis da...

minum air masak jer...

Silapnya, nasi still makan banyak.. x kontrol...

Tu silapnye, dr lupe nak pesan kot,

all sweet food, carbohydrate, lemak, pisang kna la cut sikit...

x semestinye gula jer...

ermmm... tulah ade sakit, tapi x paham sakitnye tu cane...

So kekawan, amalkan gaya hidop sihat...
Bersenam selalu, kontrol diet

n amalkan penjagaan kaki dengan baik if yg da der diabetes tu...

nak citer lanjut, bace nota laaa...

dunia gempita dengan pemergian Allahyarham Din beramboi..

Tiada lagi teletah spontan beliau di pagi hari..

Im not going to talk about him..

Im going to talk about Leptospirosis...

The late Din was died not because of leptospirosis instead because of dengue fever..

But Malaysian start opening their eyes and mind on leptospirosis..

What is with the disease and how can the disease shut our body system,

lead to comatose, just like dengue fever.....how baby...HOW???

I first heard about this disease on my trip to pusat tahanan sementara PATi

(pendatang tanpa izin)

My cousin who once worked as RELA told me,

Penyakit air kencing tikus ni is very common here
Because of poor hygiene and crowdness...

Hanya kerana tikus?? o wow hebatnya..

That is what came across my mind at that moment..

No wow on the complications of the disease..

Now, me as well start asking pak cik google what is leptospirosis actually???

orang melayu panggil penyakit kencing tikus,

ade yang panggil demam selut...

Ape2 pon, disease yang disebabkan oleh jangkitan bakteria

Leptospira tru luka or contaminated fresh water or drinks ...

This bacteria can be found in animals like tikus, lembu, rabbit n so on...

Symptomps nyer unpredictable...

But commonly patient would present with few days fever, muscle ache...

dry cough, chest pain,chills n so on...

N can progress to liver and renal failure..

This is the Mega hazard...

when liver and renal had shut down ..

So all the toxic cannot be removed from our body

and they start to accumulate and lead to toxicity..

But still, i failed to find specific pathophisiologynye...

Perhaps because this disease sesangat sangat jarang kowt...

Akhir kate, elakkan kawasan berair yang tercemar, selut, n so on...

Nape kawin tyme belajar???

After jer 3rd year result kuar,
banyak pasangan student kawin...
awal sangat la..
aku pon stil ase bebudak agi...
cam budak skol rendah agi..
lambat agi kowt kawin ni..
Tdi surfin2 blog senior...
most of them cite sal detik result was announced n their gratitude..

Tapi malas nak belajar..
